ABOUT US

Located in Building 1, the APL Store features a full range of APL merchandise in unisex and women’s sizes, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and outerwear, as well as drinkware and other accessories, featuring the APL logo and other on-brand artwork created by COMM Department illustrators. We also have a selection of children's clothing and men's polo shirts. Our Point of Sale system allows you to pay using Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. The APL Store does not accept cash payments.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Our facility operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., except on national holidays, when the warehouse is closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


Shipping Rates: All shipping rates are based on Priority mail packaging rates per package (not weight). All shipping is applied to your order based on the quantity of items ordered.


Dispatching of Orders: Orders placed before 12 p.m. AEST (UTC+10) will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, within the next business day.


Change of Delivery Address: We are only able to respond to change of delivery address requests received within 30 minutes of the order being placed.


P.O. Box Shipping: APL will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations .


Military Address Shipping : We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.


Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your entire order. Other items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. As normal practice, only available items will be listed on site to minimize this.


Delivery Time Exceeded: Please see information above regarding out of stock items.


Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If you are not present when the parcel is delivered, please contact parcel customer service with next steps.


Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.


Cancellations: We are not able to accept cancellations at any time after the order has been submitted. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


Parcels Lost in Transit: We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
